IDLES will return to Belfast for their biggest Northern Ireland show on Wednesday 26 August 2026 at Custom House Square, joined by guests CHALK. Tickets go on sale Friday 21 November at 10am via Ticketmaster.
Formed in Bristol in 2009, IDLES have become one of the most acclaimed and dynamic rock bands in the UK, rising from underground status to international recognition. Their 2024 album TANGK, produced alongside Nigel Godrich, Kenny Beats and band member Mark Bowen, earned three Grammy nominations and widespread critical praise.
The band have recently completed major sold out tours in the UK and the United States, headlined stages at major festivals including Glastonbury, and performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. They also created the original soundtrack for Darren Aronofsky’s film Caught Stealing and frontman Joe Talbot launched his podcast Oh Gatekeeper with Joe Talbot.
