A man and woman in their 40s have been left badly shaken after a petrol bomb was thrown at their house in Antrim.
The incident happened just before 12:35am when a petrol bomb was thrown at the back window of a house in the Donegore Drive area.
Damage was caused to the outer pane of the window, with there also being smoke damage to the outside wall of the house.
By the time the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service arrived, the fire from the petrol bomb had burnt itself out.
Police are calling for any witnesses to the incident, or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 65 31/08/20.
