A woman has been treated for smoke inhalation following a flat fire in Bangor, Co.Down.
It was reported at around 10.50pm on Monday night in the Southwell Road area.
Four people were evacuated from nearby properties as a result of the blaze.
The PSNI says it's investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire.
The woman was treated at the scene, but did not require hospital care.
A statement from police said "An examination of the scene will continue on Tuesday morning, however, officers would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area, or anyone with any information which could assist, to come forward."
