A 15 year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an assault in Ballymena earlier this month.
A man and woman were walking in the Paradise Avenue area around 10pm on January the 2nd - when they were punched and kicked by a gang of youths.
The pair suffered injuries to their face and head as a result.
The child is the second person to be arrested in connection with the attack.
Police are treating it as a potential hate crime.
