Officers from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force, investigating criminality linked to the West Belfast UDA, have charged a 40 year old man with a number of drugs related offences.
These offences include possession of a class A controlled drug , possession of a class A controlled drug with intent to supply, offering to supply a class A controlled drug and being concerned in the supply of a class A controlled drug.
The man is due to appear at Belfast MC on Wednesday 5th August. As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
The man was arrested in west Belfast following the search of a car in the Lyndhurst Park area in September 2019.
