There are concerns that people travelling to Antrim Area and Causeway Hospitals will be incovenienced after Translink cancelled two bus services.
The 218 and 219 expresses have stopped at the hospitals since 2012.
But Translink last month decided to discontinue them.
It means passengers travelling to either hospital will have to take two buses for each leg of their journey.
Translink will soon be issuing an updated hospital bus service timetable.
