The equestrian community here's to meet tonight after the council U-turned on a horse-riding ban.
It was enforced in October on health and safety grounds, there was no consultation.
Tree felling in the park has been ongoing.
But no such ban has been placed on bikers or walkers.
On Monday the council announced it was to review its decision and commission a study for multi-use measures.
Horse-rider and campaigner against the ban Fiona Myles says it's discrimination.
