The Education Minister's rejection of another Irish Language unit is 'disappointing'.

It follows the blocking of plans to establish a statutory Irish-medium nursery unit in Kilkeel.
Peter Weir says the demand for pre-school places in the area is currently being met.
But Mr O'Tiarnaigh says the Education Minister and the DUP have another agenda.
