Kilkeel Irish language unit rebuff won't go unchallenged

The Education Minister's rejection of another Irish Language unit is 'disappointing'.

That's from Padraig O'Tiarnaigh of Conradh na gaeilge.
It follows the blocking of plans to establish a statutory Irish-medium nursery unit in Kilkeel. 
Peter Weir says the demand for pre-school places in the area is currently being met.
But Mr O'Tiarnaigh says the Education Minister and the DUP have another agenda.
