A woman is due in court this morning charged over the death of a toddler.
The woman, in her 40s, was arrested on Wednesday.
The three-year-old boy was found in an apartment in the Riverside complex at Poddle Park, Kimmage, south Dublin, on Monday night.
The Garda press office said the death was being treated as a homicide.
The woman is due before Dublin District Court
