A woman has been rescued after collapsing in the Sperrin Mountains.
PSNI Air Support responded quickly after receiving the report around 12:40pm on Sunday afternoon.
Its believed the woman fell while walking with a group of people between the peak of Sawel and Dart mountains in the Claudy area.
She is currently being treated in hospital with a suspected leg injury.
Inspector McIldowney said: "Thankfully, this operation had a successful outcome and I hope the woman will make a full recovery after her ordeal.
"This is a great example of partnership working in the community and keeping people safe."
