Are you ready to take on Northern Ireland's highest peak on Sunday 29th May 2022 in aid of Cancer Fund for Children to support local families impacted by cancer?

Every month another 30 families across Ireland are told the devastating news that their child has cancer. Childhood cancer is a life changing and challenging experience and places extreme pressures on the whole family. Every mile you conquer and every pound you raise will make sure we can be there to help families during one of the most difficult times in their lives and we can continue providing them with a safe and supportive environment at Daisy Lodge - our therapeutic short break centre in Newcastle, Co. Down.

Setting off from our registration point at Shimna Integrated College in Newcastle, Co. Down at 9.45am, you will walk for approximately 5.8 miles in total, climbing to 2,550ft, and taking in the spectacular Mourne views around you. On a clear day, you will see as far as Scrabo Tower, the Wicklow Mountains, and Isle of Man!

Please note, we ask all participants to wear walking boots on the day and that dogs do not join us on our walk for health and safety purposes. Participants must be 12 years or older to participate and all under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
