Planning permission has been granted for the development of 14 new homes in Magheramason.
The application, made by Strabane Developments Limited, is an amendment to a previously approved scheme reducing the number of homes planned from 19.
The homes at Victoria Meadows include a mix of semi-detatched and terraced properties.
Members of Derry City and Strabane District Council's Planning Committee approved the plans at a meeting in the Guildhall on Wednesday.
