Armagh is set for a cash boost of over twenty million pounds.
A hundred and eighty-two new homes will also be built by 2019.
The housing executive unveiled the figures at a council meeting.
The investment will be used to improve energy efficiency in homes across Armagh City, Craigavon and Banbridge.
It will also provide grant aid to the private sector.
