A total of 30 new jobs at Ballymena's Tower Shopping Centre marks the start of an investment boost promised by its new owners.
Independent fast food retailer Burrito bar and men’s cloths shop Sam's Yard both opened for business there in late November.
And international coffee chain Costa Coffee will open in the run up to Christmas.
Ballymena property tycoon Sam Morrison purchased the town's original shopping mall earlier this year.
He's promised to spend £10 million improving the Tower Centre which has been under-occupied for years.
