500 suspected ecstasy tablets have been seized in Derry - Londonderry.
A man was arrested in connection with the discovery in the Ballyarnett area of the city.
He was detained on suspicion of a number of offences including importing class A drugs.
A PSNI spokesperson said:
"There are regular news reports of people dying after taking this drug in both the UK and Ireland and so we all need to work together to keep these drugs out of our community."
