A 63 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of theft and criminal damage in relation to an incident in the Cherry Lane area of Feeny on Sunday, 08 April.
A tractor was driven into the side of a house there at around 10pm.
It was taken from a nearby building site and found a short time after the incident abandoned on the outskirts of the village on the Glenshane Road.
The man is currently in custody assisting with enquiries
