A County Antrim house builder says its home completions during 2015/16 were a full 65% higher than the previous financial year's.
Ballyclare-based Hagan Homes have enjoyed their second best year since they started in 1988.
In the last 27 years Hagan Homes has built almost 3,300 homes across Northern Ireland
The company is aimed at the first time buyer market.
