Anti-Social behaviour underfire in Rathfriland

A Rathfriland councillor is welcoming plans to tackle anti-social behaviour in the town.

Police have promised to increase patrols, seize alcohol and make arrests.

Glenn Barr of the Ulster Unionist Party says action has to be taken.
