Detectives are appealing for information after an aggravated burglary in Kilrea.
Around 8am on Friday two men armed with a suspected gun entered a house in the Larchfield Gardens area.
They tied up the homeowner, escaping with a number of legally held firearms. The man wasn't injured but was left badly shaken.
It's believed the two culprits were in a small white van and made off towards the Moneydig Road.
Detective Sergeant Wallace said:“I would ask anyone who has any information about this incident to contact detectives at Coleraine Police Station
on 101, quoting reference number 176 of 02/09/16.
