A man charged with causing disorderly behaviour by shouting religious phrases in Ballymena town centre has been sentenced to two months jail.
48 year old Joey McAuley, of no fixed abode, yesterday changed his plea to guilty at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
The incident happened on Wellington Street on Monday the 28th of November 2016.
Because of time spent on remand McAuley walked free, having already served his sentence.
