Police are treating the death of a man in Co Down as suspicious.
The body of the 68-year-old was found at his home in Bangor on Tuesday evening.
Officers have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the incident in Birch Drive.
A post-mortem examination is to be conducted to determine the cause of death.
Police have released no other details.
Neighbours say the man lived alone, and have described him as a quiet person who enjoyed his privacy.
It's understood concerned residents in the street phoned police when the 68-year-old failed to collect his bin on Tuesday.
