Ballymena's £4 million Public Realm Scheme, expected to be finished well before the Christmas countdown, is still unfinished.

And its feared the ungoing incovenience is reducing vital footfall.

Christmas traffic and shoppers have had to dodge re-paving and re-surfacing work wthin the past week.
