Border Force Officers have intercepted a package of suspected Class B drugs with an estimated street value of between £40,000 and £45,000.
A small amount of suspected class A drugs were also found at a house in Bangor, in a follow up search.
A 20 year old man has been arrested and has since been released on bail.
Speaking about the drugs probe, a police spokesperson said: “Not only is it illegal to purchase these drugs they cause irreparable damage and loss to many families and individuals whose lives it destroys.
“The use of cannabis itself can damage your physical and mental health. Cannabis remains the most used drug by persons in treatment in Northern Ireland for drug addiction.
