Loughmacrory Community Development Association has received funding of £350,000.
It’s come from the Big Lottery funded Space and Place programme.
The group is one of 13 in Northern Ireland receiving a share from a funding pot of £4.3 million.
That’s the largest amount awarded to date by Space and Place.
The group will use the funding to build a gym and hall on the site of Loughview Community Centre.
