Clarke's restaurant opens doors at Hilton Head Island

Dungannon golfer Darren Clarke’s new restaurant opened at the weekend on Hilton Head Island in the USA.

According to the Island Packet newspaper, the steaks are expected to be the big draw.

Other menu items include a steak and Guinness pie.

The bar is fitted out with fixtures and bar materials shipped from Ireland.

And by Friday, almost 30 people had booked meals through the reservations website.
