With children's obesity levels rising , a new Mid and East Antrim Council initiative "Out to Play" is underway to help improve their health and fitness .
Six primary schools were chosen by Council to take part in outdoor workshops with fitness facilitator Dawn Aston.
They include Gracehill Primary School; St Anthony’s Primary School in Larne; Braidside Integrated Primary School; and Millquarter Primary School in Randalstown. (See if you can spot your school pupils below!)
Now health and fitness strategies elsewhere often sound great but many fall by the wayside.
But Mayor Audrey Wales says this one is being developed by talking to and working with families and other stakeholders to ensure they get it right.
