Drink-driver arrested after outing on flat tyre

Officers have posted a shocking picture of a car they pulled over that was being driven by a person three times over the legal drink-drive limit.

The driver was pulled over in Crossgar last night driving on a flat tyre.

They were arrested and kept in police custody overnight.
