A family tracing group is calling for change to the planning process for land near mother and baby homes.
Birth Mothers and their Children for Justice NI wants independent forensic studies to be carried out before approval is granted for the redevelopment of the sites.
It follows a planning application submission in Newry last month, for a new multi-million pound service station near Marian Vale.
