First 100,000 high Street voucher cards being issued from today

The first 100- thousand High Street voucher cards are being issued in Northern Ireland today.

Since the opening of the online portal last week, Economy minister Gordon Lyons says demand for the Spend Local card has been unprecedented. 

So far, just under a million people have submitted their application and those who haven't have until the 25th of October to do so.
