The suspects are being held at Musgrave Police Station
Detectives investigating dissident republican activity have arrested four men.
The suspects, aged 46, 47, 49 and 54, were detained in the Belfast area following a proactive investigation, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.
They are currently in custody at Musgrave PSNI station.
