Foyle Search and Rescue (FSR) have responded to four instances of 'a person in distress' this week.
In the early hours of Monday morning the service was called out to reports of a man climbing over the railings next to the river.
Then on Tuesday night FSR had to respond to reports of a 'man in distress' in close proximity to the Foyle.
That was followed In the early hours of Thursday morning, when FSR's Emergency Response Team was activated due to a person situated on the wrong side of the railings.
At around 3:30am on Friday were activated by the PSNI to reports of a man observed on the wrong side of the railings.
In all four instances the person was recovered and taken to hospital by either Police or the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
