Cookstown and Magherafelt's Carefully Yours project has secured five years' funding.
The cash comes from The Big Lottery Fund.
The project aims to promote the independence and well-being of an active ageing population, ensuring that older people, including those isolated or ‘difficult to reach’ have access to information and services.
