The death of a family of five in County Cavan is being treated as a murder-suicide.
The bodies of a husband wife and their three sons were discovered at a house in Ballyjamesduff earlier.
The man was in his 40s and the woman in her 30s.
Their three sons were 13, 11 and six.
The family are well known in the town.
The area has been sealed off and the State Pathologist has been called in.
