South Antrim Ulster Unionist MLA Steve Aiken says Gibraltar's status should NOT be included in Brexit negotiations.
The EU Council's draft guidelines state that any decisions affecting Britain's overseas territory would have to be approved by Spain.
But Mr Aiken thinks the EU's being disingenuous:
