More than 100 jobs are expected to be created at Lakeland Community Care Centre in Belcoo.
The new posts will come into force over the next 12 months.
Lakeland Community Care was recently awarded a domiciliary care contract with the Western Health and Social Care Trust.
The workforce will increase to around 300 over the next year.
