It follows a stabbing in the Britton's Parade area of the city on Saturday night.
A 26 year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in west Belfast.
It's after an altercation in the Britton's Parade areaof the city on Saturday night.
The victim, in his twenties remains in a critical condition in hospital.
The suspect will appear before Belfast Magistrates today.
