A 43-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences including blackmail and two counts of threats following an incident in Portrush.
It happened at a premises on Causeway Street on Friday.
The man faces one further count of damage of property, possession of a Class A controlled drug and possession of a Class B controlled drug.
The suspect is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
