A man has died after an ambulance caught fire at an A&E department in Co.Kildare.
The emergency department at Naas General Hospital has been temporarily closed following the incident this afternoon.
Fire crews were called to the scene at around 2pm.
The Health and Safety Authority and An Garda Siochana are investigating.
A forensic examination is also being carried out at the scene.
People have been asked not to visit the Hospital, and ambulances are now being diverted to other sites.
