A man has escaped injury after shots have been fired at a house in Dunmurry
It happened in the Old Colin Road area around half 10 last night.
Extensive damage has been caused to the property as a result.
Two men wearing dark clothing made off from the scene towards Poleglass.
Police have described the attack as 'calculated'.

Detective Sergeant Fairfield said:
“This was a contemptible and calculated attack, with the most serious potential consequences. Worryingly anyone, from the resident to potential passers-by, could have been killed.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have captured dash cam footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 1921 of 15/08/21.”
A burnt out car was found less than a mile from the scene of an overnight gun attack on a property in the Old Colin Road area of west Belfast.
