Police investigating suspicious death of Dessie Mee in Newtownards say he fell from the top floor of a block of flats.
Two men and a woman arrested in connection with the death of Dessie Mee - have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The 45 year old went through the third floor window of a property at Millers House apartment block - just before eight o' clock last night.
Detective superintendent Kevin Geddes says the investigation is focusing on activity in and near flat number 25 at the time of his death.
“We are appealing for information about Mr Mee’s movements last night and in the last few days. We are also appealing for information about activity in and around apartment number 25 at Millers House last night between 6pm and 8.30pm.
“I would appeal to anyone with information about Mr Mee’s death or activity at the apartment to contact detectives at Newtownards police station.”
