A man is seriously hurt in hospital after he was hit by a car in West Belfast.
The pedestrian - who it's thought is in his 50s - was struck by a car at around 2.25pm this afternoon on Northumberland Street.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said "At this time we understand his injuries are thought to be serious but not life threatening.
"Officers investigating the collision are appealing for witnesses. Please call 101, quoting reference number 746 26/05/17."
