Mid and East Antrim Borough is officially the 'top over-performing Council' in a job creation initiative.
It supported 169 entrepreneurs to develop a business plan, against a target of 99.
A now successful entrepreneur who took part in the previous ‘Regional Start Initiative’will feature in Council's next free mail-shot magazine, "Connections".
