A second survey into the state of broadband provision will be undertaken by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.
It's after just 0.61% of households responded to their first broadband survey.
The start date for Council's latest survey starts has still to be confirmed.
But Alderman Greg McKeen promises it will be comprehensive:
