The new charity delivering JTI Gallaher's £5 million legacy fund in Ballymena will be named "The Gallaher Trust".
Its main focus will be creating jobs, helping the disadvantaged and growing Ballymena's skillbase.
JTI Gallaher closes this year at Lisnafillan, with over 900 job losses.
Meanwhile, "The Gallaher Trust", which will be chaired by Ian Paisley MP, is looking for three more trustees to help deliver the fund.
