The First Minister says Northern Ireland is on a steady course towards vaccinating half a million people against COVID19.
However Arlene Foster also pointed out there is a lag time when it comes to those who’ve received the jab achieving full immunity.
She says relaxing the rules must be done slowly as she confirmed some pupils will return to school next month.
Mrs Foster says new variants of coronavirus pose a serious risk - especially at the school gates.
