The Burnavon in Cookstown is hosting the Mid-Ulster Job fair organised by network personnel.
It's an ideal opportunity for local people either unemployed or looking for a change in their career.
They'll get the chance to meet with over 30 employers on the day such as Copeland, CDE Global and McDonald's, who have job opportunities on offer.
They can also speak with professionals from Network Personnel who offer a wide range of services.
Q Radio spoke with one of their employment coaches Marie McGuckin:
The job fair will be running today until 2pm and is open to anyone interested.
