Plans have been agreed for a new Health and Care centre at the Fort George site in Derry/Londonderry.
It was confirmed by the Communities Minister Deirdre Hargey - whose department owns the land.
The proposed Cityside Health and Care Centre is expected to create 2 hundred and 50 new permanent jobs - as well as centralising around 4 hundred and 50 posts.
Roles include nursing, social work and administrative roles.
