A spike in burglaries around the Christmas period's prompted Newry police to give home safety tips.
They range from leaving lights on when you're out to letting police know if you'll be away for a period of time.
Newry's Inspector Russell Vogan told Q Radio that burglary remains a priority for police.
Speaking on the Q Cafe he told Kevin McAllister it's good to know what or who thieves will target:
