Rostrevor's 'Old Homer' which was recently named the Tree of the Year is competing for another title.
The Holm Oak which is in Kilbroney Park is now vying for the public vote to become European Tree of the Year.
It was unveiled as Northern Ireland's best-loved tree in December in a competition organised by the Woodland Trust.
